Cooking for people means, connecting to people.

When we started the Grain Mill, we quickly found out how important it is to create a space in which people feel a little bit at home. There is no need to be fancy, no need to try to be someone you are not. We are all different, but we all share similar values, and that's what connects us. We are proud to have a very wide spectrum of customers, whom all appreciate good food and good company.

We cook using simple, natural ingredients, which do not put a strain on your digestive system, like most conventional food. We try to offer something for everyone, whether it's vegan, vegetarian, or meat-eater. Every meal is prepared fresh and with love.  

We like to call ourselves, a casual self-service-bistro. That means, you pick your table and come to order inside, whenever you are ready. No stress!

In our little shop, we sell only organic or naturally grown products.

Among our pasta and flours, we sell organic veggies (mainly from our farm and other local farmers), natural unpasteurized dairy products, and much more.
